Service Description

$25 consultation deposit is applied to your program. As a Certified Health Coach, I am passionate about helping people change. After a 30 min phone consultation of connecting & listening to your goals, I will send you a health questionnaire form, then within 48 hours I will devise a personalized online program for you that is a daily tracker with daily meal plan and other daily habit changes. I check in on you twice a week to see how it's going and report your weight and waist measurement. I'm here to hold your hand every step of the way. Plans start at $455. That includes 30 days of personalized habit change.
